Monday 11^th September 2023 saw the first pupils arrive at our brand-new Primary School. Situated at the heart of the Graven Hill development, the 2-form entry primary school has 12 classrooms, specialist facilities for art, design and technology and more than 13,000 square metres of pitches, play and multi-use games areas. The pre-school can accommodate a further 90 pupils aged between 2-4 years in three classrooms, with dedicated facilities and play areas.

Grendon Underwood Primary School poised to join the trust

Grendon Underwood Primary School have received approval from the DfE to join the trust. They are a 2 form entry Primary and Preschool located in Buckinghamshire. They will join in June 2024.

Inclusion Flagship Status for The Warriner School

The Warriner School, Bloxham in Oxfordshire, part of The Warriner Multi Academy Trust has been re-awarded the IQM Inclusive School Award with Flagship status. There are only 194 schools nationally who hold this status and are just two others in Oxfordshire. The Inclusion Quality Mark Award provides UK schools with a nationally recognised validation of their inclusive practice and ongoing commitment to developing educational inclusion.

New Headteacher for Hornton Primary School

Children, staff and parents welcomed their new Headteacher on their return from the Christmas holidays. Mrs Wendy Whitehouse joined the team at Hornton Primary School after having successfully led Farthinghoe Primary School, just over the border in Northamptonshire, for 8 years. At Farthinghoe, Mrs Whitehouse developed an ethos where all her children are nurtured and supported to fly. Children love their school, are proud of their learning and thrive. It is for all these reasons that Farthinghoe has been significantly over subscribed for several years.
