Teachers in our schools visit and learn from each other, which we find particularly valuable for small schools where there is only one teacher per year group. Our team can plan lessons jointly, reducing individual workload and increasing creativity. Teachers also all come together to mark and assess in the same way and to the same standard. 

We believe in sharing both the positives and the challenges, so that we can all support each other to improve. Our CPD programme is developed each year in response to the needs identified in each school’s development plan. All our schools have areas of best practice, and we celebrate these achievements by sharing those areas with the rest of the MAT. 

We can offer MAT-wide leadership roles and opportunities for you to share your expertise with other schools in the trust. 

At Warriner MAT, we know that our team thrive when they are supported.
